As the fronts are etched it is advised that you paint with the colour of your choice
Purchasing the basement.
By selecting from the “Basement Purchase Options” drop down menu, you are able to purchase the "basement with the house" or purchase the "basement only".
With this option, if you wish, you are now able to purchase and build your house and then come back for the basement at a later date.
If you require the "house only", please choose the house only option from the drop down basement menu before proceeding to the shopping cart.
